Are all Practices open to the Public?

The Dolphins will host 10 public practice sessions and 1 practice exclusively for season ticket members on August 2. The published schedule, including dates and times can be found on miamidolphins.com/trainingcamp

Do I need a ticket to attend Training Camp?

Yes, tickets are required to attend practice sessions. Fans can claim up to six FREE tickets per day

Where is Training Camp?

Practices will take place at the Baptist Health Training Complex located in ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Gardens, Florida. The address Is There will be signage designating areas in which to park and enter Training Camp.

Where do I park at Training Camp?

All parking is free in the designated parking lot on property. Enter Carl F Barger Blvd off of 199th St and staff will direct guests to Gate 10 for parking.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, parking is available for FREE.

How do I access my Training Camp tickets?

All tickets are digital and will be accessible in Ticketmaster's Account Manager before Training Camp begins. If you don't already have an account created, you will need to do so to access your tickets.
You will be notified via email as soon as your tickets are available to manage.

What is the inclement weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather, practice will be moved inside to the team's indoor practice field and will no longer open to the public. Public practices moved inside due to weather will not be rescheduled.

What time is Training Camp?

Practices will begin at 9:00 a.m. for all sessions. Parking opens at 7:30 a.m. and gates to the Baptist Health Training Complex open at 8:30 a.m. for all public practices.

Where do general admission fans sit to watch Training Camp?

Though your ticket may have a seat number, seating at Training Camp is general admission. Shaded bleachers, including ADA seating, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and offer an elevated view of the practice fields. There is also a grass berm offering additional seating and allow fans to get closer to the on-field action.

Is ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Dolphins Training Camp ADA accessible?

Yes, ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Dolphins Training Camp is ADA accessible. Designated ADA golf carts will assist in bringing ADA guests to the gates. Please note that like general seating, ADA admission is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will food and beverages be available?

Yes, there is a concession area located just inside the entrance as well as food trucks on Activation Road. They will be open each day of public practice.

Will there be a place to purchase ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Dolphins merchandise?

Yes, there is a pro shop located on Activation Road at Training Camp, in front of the entry gates. Only credit cards are accepted, no cash.

Will I be able to get autographs from players?

Select players will be available for autographs after practice each day. Fans should stay behind the fenced area on the berm receive autographs.

Dolphins alumni will also appear at select practices for autographs and pictures on Activation Road.

What items can I bring to Training Camp?

We encourage you to bring sunscreen, sunglasses and wear proper attire for hot South Florida days. Shirts and shoes are required. Please refrain from wearing any type of distracting or inappropriate apparel. Seat cushions for the bleachers or lawn chairs (only allowed on the grass berm and cannot block the walkway) are permitted into Training Camp for your comfort.

Are backpacks and bags allowed at the ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Dolphins Training Camp?

No, backpacks and bags are not allowed.

During all public practices, we follow the NFL's Game Day Bag Policy which reads: One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12" by 6" and 12" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Diapers and wipes can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, will be able to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse, providing ample storage capacity.

May I bring a camera to Training Camp?

You are allowed to bring cameras that feature lenses under 8" and have no flash. The use of any audio or video recording devices is STRICTLY prohibited and such action will result in being asked to leave Training Camp.

The transmission of data during practice is also STRICTLY prohibited, which include but is not limited to livestreaming, blogging, tweeting and/or texting. The use of drones is also strictly prohibited during Training Camp.

May I bring a stroller to Training Camp?

No, strollers are not allowed into Training Camp, as space and access is limited.

What items are NOT allowed?
  • Alcohol
  • Weapons (firearms, knives, pocket knives, etc.)
  • Food and/or drink of any kind (there will be concessions for sale at each practice)
  • Noise makers, laser pointers and any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate
  • Bags not compliant with the NFL Bag Policy
  • Umbrellas
  • Pets (only service animals are allowed)
  • Any electronic device that isn't a camera, cell phone or iPod/MP3
  • More than one item per person for autograph purposes
  • Strollers
  • Cameras with lenses exceeding 8"
  • Any other item deemed unsafe or unnecessary by a Dolphins Training Camp staff member
Is there going to be a Garage Sale?

The ÅÝܽÊÓÆµ Dolphins Foundation Garage Sale will take place on August 2 (Member Day) and August 3.

Is there an ATM on-site?

There is no ATM and no cash is accepted on-site.

What is the smoking policy?

The Baptist Health Training Complex is a smoke-free facility.

Where are first-aid services located?

Please inform the nearest uniformed staff of any situation and they will contact the First Aid attendants on-site to assist you.

Where is the Lost and Found area?

Hard Rock Stadium is not responsible for any items left anywhere at Hard Rock Stadium. On non-event days, please or call Hard Rock Stadium at (305) 943-8000. Lost and found items will be held for 30 days after the event. Any unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.
